Yogyakarta – December 25, 2011, from 16:00 to 17:00, One Earth School (www.oeschool.org) tought values about Mutual Cooperation and Communal Work to the children through a real action. Children were invited to work together to clean a house of one of their friends namely Vina, which is located close to the One Earth School in Yogyakarta.
All children were very enthusiastic doing communal work and mutual cooperation. These activities will be conducted again next month at another child’s house.
This routine program is a continuation of the previous program which was fist done on December 4, 2011 commemorating the International Day Volunteerism.
The entire program is inspired by Anand Krishna. A voluntary work should be be applied in all aspects of our life, as written in Karma Yoga for Modern People – Transporsonal Working Ethic for the New Age. Thank you Sir!
