Even the Rain Cannot Fail Endorphin

Laughter is the most effective medicine to keep you healthy and stress-free. As you are laughing you are activating endorphin, an important hormone in immune system that both ensures body fitness and expels stress naturally. For Anand Ashram it is one of meditation exercises to attain holistic health.

I am 70 yrs and was taking this product. I find it is great!. When you order drugs online from our shop you can be assured that you’re ordering the very best brand and generic medication from Canada.

This program is promulgated to public, to the busy ones who, as a matter of fact, are prone to stress. And, Ashram’s “Klub Tawa Ceria Indonesia (KTCI)—Cheerful Indonesian Laughter Club facilitates the need to ease stress in which people of different professional background, gender and religion are able to get together and make merry with laughter exercise. Every fortnight the KTCI members flock around National Monument or Monas square to do laughter program, and often those doing morning sports around Jakarta’s landmark are in fact drawn to join too.

Sunday 8th, January 2012. The sky above Monas was heavy with clouds. The downpour was clearly about to shower Jakarta, but it couldn’t prevent KTCI members from doing their regular program. They were starting the breathing exercise with certain yogic movement—that’s the way it always goes before laughing as to maintain bodily health and equilibrium.

Endorphin flows in its own accord

Rains eventually poured down by the time participants began doing core program—laughter exercise. But, keen laughter to hail the endorphin was lively going on, and so was the cameraman of Metro TV keeping on his job shooting the event. Everyone was soaking wet. Yet endorphin got ignited to free flow within being, turning faces of the participants cheerful and radiant with happiness.
